This document provides a general overview of Stableridge Systems' governance and security posture and does not constitute legal advice.
1. Overview
Stableridge may engage third-party service providers (subprocessors) to support the delivery of platform services. These providers may include infrastructure hosting, content delivery, email delivery, payment processing, and operational monitoring services.
Stableridge is committed to transparency regarding the use of subprocessors and maintains governance practices designed to ensure that third-party providers meet appropriate security and data protection standards.
2. Subprocessor Categories
The following categories of third-party providers may be used in the delivery of Stableridge services:
- Infrastructure hosting: Cloud compute, storage, database, and networking services that host the platform and customer data.
- Content delivery: Edge caching and content delivery services that support platform performance and availability.
- Email delivery: Transactional email services used for account notifications, share link delivery, and one-time passcodes.
- Payment processing: Payment gateway services used to process subscription billing.
- Monitoring and logging: Operational monitoring and observability services that support platform health and incident detection.
3. Due Diligence & Selection
Stableridge selects subprocessors based on the following criteria:
- Security practices and certifications relevant to the services provided.
- Availability of Australian-region hosting or processing where applicable.
- Contractual commitments to data protection, confidentiality, and incident notification.
- Operational track record and service reliability.
Agreements with subprocessors include provisions for data protection, security obligations, and confidentiality. Stableridge reviews subprocessor arrangements periodically and in response to material changes in the provider's services or security posture.
4. Subprocessor List
A current list of subprocessors, including the services they provide and their hosting regions, is available upon request. Enterprise customers may request this information as part of procurement due diligence or ongoing governance review.
To request the current subprocessor list, please contact us via the contact page.
5. Subprocessor Changes
Stableridge may update its subprocessor arrangements from time to time as operational requirements evolve. Where a change involves a new subprocessor that will process customer data, Stableridge is committed to:
- Conducting due diligence on the new provider before engagement.
- Notifying enterprise customers with active data processing agreements of material subprocessor changes.
- Providing reasonable notice to allow customers to assess the change and raise concerns.
